Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons — particularly summer months when demand for pool and outdoor products is highest — processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, or local public holidays.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes — Canada & UK
Orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. Headliny has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If an order is refused at customs and returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
You can track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page or directly through the carrier's portal.
How Inflatables Are Packaged
Pool floats, inflatable loungers, swim rings, and kiddie pools are shipped deflated and folded in protective packaging. All products ship in their original manufacturer packaging where possible. Larger multi-pack orders may ship in reinforced boxes. Please inspect all packaging upon delivery before discarding.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@headliny.com.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Headliny is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or front desk
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- Wait 3 business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely
If your package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us at support@headliny.com and we will assist you.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with visible punctures or tears, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@headliny.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and all packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase. To request a cancellation, email support@headliny.com with your order number as soon as possible.
